Agreement to Terms

Description of Service

QuickWebsite.ai provides static website hosting and management services. Our services include website creation, hosting on edge infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance for a fixed monthly fee.

Domains, DNS, and WHOIS Information

If you ask us to purchase and configure a domain on your behalf, you authorize us to use the contact information you provide (full legal name, legal address, phone number, and email) to complete the WHOIS registration and verification steps required by the registrar. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and current.

If you bring your own domain, you agree to provide the registrar name and access we need to publish DNS records. You remain the owner of the domain and are responsible for any ongoing registrar fees, renewal dates, or transfer actions. We do not accept liability for registration failure caused by inaccurate contact details or lapsed renewals.

By checking the domain terms box in the builder, you acknowledge these conditions and authorize us to coordinate domain connection or procurement according to your selection.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

Content

Billing and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your account on time. If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuickWebsite.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in whichQuickWebsite.ai is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
